About the Founder I founded with a vision to create greater opportunities for young hockey players. This program was built around a commitment to exposure, and long-term growth. As a young entrepreneur and the founder of the program, I understand firsthand the challenges that come with navigating the hockey landscape. From finding the right opportunities to building meaningful relationships and gaining exposure to the right people, the path forward is not always clear. My goal is to help make that process more accessible for the next generation of players and give them the opportunity to grow as a player but especially a person. Through this program, we work to connect young athletes with opportunities that can help elevate their development and expand their exposure. We believe that success in hockey is about more than talent alone — it requires guidance, relationships, and a clear understanding of how to navigate the opportunities in front of you. What makes this mission especially meaningful is that I am building my own path at the same time. As I continue to grow as an entrepreneur, I am committed to learning, developing relationships, and creating a platform that grows alongside the athletes we work with. The vision is simple: develop players, create opportunities, build relationships, and help young athletes take the next step in their hockey journey. This program is not just about where a player is today. It’s about helping build the foundation for where they can go tomorrow.

Marc grew up playing youth hockey in Minnesota before playing four years of high school hockey at Holy Family Catholic High School. From there, he advanced to junior hockey with the Fairbanks Ice Dogs in the NAHL and now plays NCAA Division I hockey at Northeastern University.

Marcus Lund

Coach

James grew up in Burlington, Massachusetts, and played high school hockey at Belmont Hill School before advancing to the Youngstown Phantoms of the USHL, where he won a Clark Cup Championship. He then played a second season of junior hockey with the Penticton Vees in British Columbia before spending the past two seasons at Northeastern University. James was selected by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the 2022 NHL Draft and will continue his NCAA Division I career at St. Lawrence University this season.

For the past three years, Taciano has coached within two winter organizations, currently coaching the 2012 AA Aurora Tigers and 2016 AAA Markham Majors. During the spring and summer, He is the Head Coach of three elite-level teams across the OHP and Kingdemere programs, competing in high-level tournaments throughout Canada and the U.S. Taciano has been training and developing players for over five years through private, small-group and team development sessions. Through both coaching and player development, He has worked with players across a wide range of competitive levels. My coaching philosophy focuses on individual skill development, hockey IQ, compete level and creating an environment that prepares players to succeed at the next level.
